The materials to be used in the manufacturing of this product have been chosen to give the customer the best balance between cost and performance.

Handle: The handle will be manufactured from  Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS). The reason behind this choice is due to the toughness and impact resistance of the material. This will increase the products durability; ensure it won’t break easily if dropped.

Razor Head: the razor head will also be manufactured from ABS

Razor Blade Holder: this holder will be CNC milled from a piece of stainless steel. This will ensure high quality and result in the part not rusting as this will be in contact with water.

Razor Blades: the blades will also be manufactured from stainless steel due to its durability and anti-rust properties.
